Outer layer with all-over beads and starry sky bead motifs in recycled plastic made from post-consumer waste. Narrow-pleated frill trim at the top and hem. Inner layer with a gathered seam above the hem for added width. Satin lining. All fabric is made from textile-to-textile recycled polyester.
