The products within the H&M Home assortment are for indoor use only. All seats are tested to be used by one person. The products are not to be used for children or be displayed in a kidsroom, and are only intended to be used according to the product type. For example tables are not to be used as a chair.
Can I carry my parcel home?
All H&M Home items are sold in boxes that you are able to carry. Larger boxes have plastic straps to make it easier to handle.

Paying some extra attention to how you maintain your furniture will not only prolong its life, but also help minimise environmental impact and save natural resources. The care instructions on the label provide you with advice on how best to care for your furniture, along with information on materials most commonly used.
Textiles are widely used as upholstery on seating products. Always follow the care instructions on the labels of removable covers. Non-removable covers should be cleaned with a dry cloth only, not washed.
Avoid leaving leather in sunlight for a long time, as its sensitive to heat and light. Follow the care instructions to clean the surface.
Protect the surface coating to avoid scratching caused by sharp objects. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
Follow the care instructions and wipe up spillage immediately using a clean, dry cloth to prevent staining.
Handle with care! A damaged edge or scratched surface can cause the glass to suddenly crack or break. Avoid impact to the sides as this is where the glass is most vulnerable.
Some assembly parts are missing, what should I do?
You are assembling your new item from our H&M HOME collection but have noticed that some of the screws and plugs are missing.
All necessary parts should always be included in the parcel, so if they are not we are here to help.
Contact Customer Service to arrange a collection from one of our stores. Make sure you have the article number of the incomplete item to hand when you contact us. The order number can be found on your receipt or order confirmation, or in My H&M.
Please note we can only send screws, bolts and plugs. For any other missing part(s), please return the item free of charge using the reason code 'defect'.
