The membership is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your shopping, both in store and online. You'll also get special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more.

Our membership is completely free of charge and by participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, and you represent, warrant and covenant that you are either (a) over the legal age in the territory where you subscribe to the Program, and lawfully able to accept these Terms; or (b) if you are under the such legal age, that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Program and that your use of the Program and its features is at all times under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who also agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Your membership ID can be found on your account page, and you can also choose to add an alternative ID to use when purchasing in store, just ask the cashier in your nearest H&M store.
All your purchases in store and online are rewarded with points. You can also earn points by rating and reviewing your purchases as well as completing your profile. Your points will be displayed on your membership account and are immediately updated when you make a purchase.
You will receive updated information about your current offers and rewards on your account page in your H&M app or on sa.hm.com. Please note that a redeemed discount reward cannot be returned and reused, and if you return an item the points you earned for that item will be deducted from your account.
Your Bonus can be applied both at the checkout online by choosing Add to Bag, or in store by choosing Use in Store. The Bonus amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, not on the total amount. This means if you return something you will be given a refund for the amount you paid for each individual item.

If you made an online purchase and one of the items is not avaliable, then you are able to claim back your Bonus Voucher by calling your local customer service agent. Also, you are able to claim back your Bonus Voucher through customer service if you cancelled your online order within an hour from placing it.
The bonus voucher is given 0 to 15 days after reaching the Bonus Voucher threshold and will show up under My Account.
The Bonus is valid for 180 days. 6 months.
All reciepts and order confirmations can be found under My account.
Your points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on a given date, found on the membership page. In the end of the membership year, the points will be reset and a new membership year starts.
When you reach 1500 points you will reach the Plus level for your membership.

If you've forgotten to register your purchase, currently there is no way to register these points after the transcation is already done.

A member can earn 10 points per review on a maximum of 5 reviews a month. Reviews can only be done on the website. The points will be updated after it gets reviewed by our system.
You can only rate your most recent online purchase, and you can only rate a product once. You are unable to rate and review products which you didn't shop. All feedback is welcome, but your review should be based on the product and should help other customers make an informed decision on that item. We may make the decision not to publish your review if we feel it doesn’t meet certain criteria.
